Taking in the Sites of DC

Between attending all the scheduled events and working the school’s booth at Constitution Hall, the KDS delegation had a few opportunities to take in the sites of DC including the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, the Smithsonian Museum of American History, the U.S. Capitol and Cannon House Office Building, the Museum of the Bible, the Vietnam and World War II Memorials, the Lincoln Memorial, and others. They also enjoyed touring Ford’s Theater and taking a sunset cruise on the Potomac, hosted by the Hunt’s Spring Chapter, NSDAR.
