High School Artists Shine in Congressional Show

Each year, KDS art students participate in the Congressional Art Competition sponsored by Congressman Robert Aderholt. The requirement for participation is that each piece must be 100 percent original. This year, 20 KDS High School students participated by creating paintings, drawings, photographs, collages and mixed media pieces. Five artists were honored in this year’s show, bringing home three 1st place ribbons and two 3rd place ribbons.

KDS art students let their creativity shine at the 2023 Congressional art show with these 20 pieces.
